More Ways
to Wine
We craft fine, alcohol-removed wines from expressive regions, giving wine lovers more reasons to raise a glass.

Tempranillo was named Best Non-Alcoholic Wine at the 2026 Rolling Stone Spirit Awards.
Our alcohol-removed wines: Tempranillo and Chardonnay
Two Wines. One Standard.
PARAGRAPH starts with expressive grapes from premier regions, applies precise winemaking, and gently removes alcohol.
Every expression is held to the same discipline: not defined by what was removed, defined by what remains.
What to expect from alcohol-removed wine
PARAGRAPH is made as wine first.
We begin with serious Tempranillo and Chardonnay, chosen for their acidity, concentration, texture and complexity. Alcohol is then carefully removed while preserving the character of the wine.
The result is naturally lighter on the palate, but still recognisably wine: aromatic, structured, dry and made for the table.
The name PARAGRAPH reflects how we believe wine should be experienced. The first sip never tells the whole story. Give it time, and the wine unfolds — acidity softens, texture emerges, aromas open and food changes the conversation.
Give the Tempranillo some air. Serve the Chardonnay well chilled. Allow the wine to unfold in the glass, sip after sip.
Because the best wines are not understood in a sentence.

I Absolutely Love this Wine, don’t miss the alcohol.
And this is my 2nd order, only wish they made a white too.

Paragraph is, by far, the best dealcoholized red wine I’ve ever tasted. I’ve sampled countless alcohol-free reds, including many that are far more expensive, yet none have come close.
It delivers a complex, beautifully balanced aromatic profile and, most importantly, the rich mouthfeel that is so often missing from this category.

I never write reviews. It is 100% true that this is the first non-alcoholic wine that I didn’t want to dump down the sink by the end of the first glass.
… I’ve already ordered more and look forward to drinking this.

I was surprised that this wine actually tasted like a real glass of wine. I gave up alcohol last year but having a glass of wine is more than the alcohol in the glass.
Some don't understand but opening the bottle, pouring into a beautiful glass, it is the whole experience that is the relaxation.

May be my favorite NA red of all time. Dry, flavorful and feels like drinking the “real thing”.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is alcohol-removed wine?
Alcohol-removed wine is made from real wine, with the alcohol gently removed after fermentation. The result is a wine that preserves the structure, balance, and character of the original, simply without the alcohol.
Does alcohol-removed wine still taste like wine?
Yes, but like all wines, it expresses itself differently. In the same way a sparkling wine differs from a still white, or an orange wine from a classic white, alcohol-removed wine offers another expression of wine rather than an imitation of one style.
Is PARAGRAPH non-alcoholic?
PARAGRAPH contains less than 0.5% ABV, which is commonly recognised as alcohol free under international regulations.
While PARAGRAPH is suitable for people who choose to avoid alcohol, including during pregnancy or for medical reasons, we always recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you have specific concerns.
How is the alcohol removed?
PARAGRAPH uses low temperature vacuum distillation, currently the gentlest and most aroma-preserving method available. An integrated aroma recovery system captures and reintegrates key aromatic compounds to retain the wine's original character.
Where are PARAGRAPH wines made?
Each PARAGRAPH wine is sourced where that grape is at its best. Our Tempranillo comes from Spain, from vineyards above 700 metres, and our Chardonnay from Southwest France, under Atlantic and Pyrenean influences.
How many calories and how much sugar are in a glass?
A 150ml glass of PARAGRAPH Tempranillo has 25 calories and 2g of total sugars, including 0g of added sugars. A 150ml glass of PARAGRAPH Chardonnay has 12 calories and 1g of total sugars, including 0g of added sugars. Both wines contain less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
How should PARAGRAPH be served?
Serve PARAGRAPH as you would any wine, in a wine glass, with time to open. The Tempranillo is best at 14 to 16°C, lightly cool rather than at room temperature. The Chardonnay is best at 6 to 8°C, properly chilled.
